Who we are

Cherry Street Cats is me (Robin), my husband Steve, Sandi, Michelle, Verena, Vinyse, Derek, Kent, and Connie, a group of dedicated cat lovers who care for a colony of feral cats in the east end of Toronto. I also have a great rescue team of Lesley, Joanne, and Susan. Together we do our best to make the lives better for feral and homeless cats and kittens. 900+ cats helped in nine years!

Who doesn't love kittens!

Well this is a new one for the Cherry Street rescue, all these kittens, and we can't tell which kittens belong to which moms, and it looks like a couple of the others are about to give birth any minute! Where's the webcam when I need it?  Thankfully they are all getting friendlier, but neither Susan nor I are experienced with cats giving birth, so this will be quite the learning experience.

Meanwhile, they are eating and eating, if anyone is able to help out with donations of canned or kitten food it would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Oh my goodness, that's a lot of kittens. They seem to be different ages, too. The wee little white one...how adorable.

  2. We have four more kittens this morning, for an even dozen. Mom is the orange girl in the foreground of the picture above.
